    Hello! First, I would like to thank you for taking an interest in viewing my website. I am currently a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Colorado and a Telehealth Licensed Mental Health Counselor in the states of Florida and Idaho. I specialize in working with adolescents and young adults, however I have previous experience working with individuals of all ages. In addition to working in private practice, I am also currently working on receiving my PhD in Counselor Education and Supervision. I present to the counseling space with the mindset of promoting transparency, non-judgement and genuineness in my work. With this in mind, I integrate a variety of therapeutic modalities to ensure I am meeting my client where their needs lie. This may include incorporating behavioral therapy techniques, trauma-informed counseling techniques, expressive arts therapy techniques and music therapy techniques. I emphasize the importance of combining therapies that focus on both the mind and body to promote a holistic healing experience. I look forward to guiding you through your therapeutic journey to reach ultimate wellness, in the way that you want this to look like in your life.

    Individual Supervision Sessions (Colorado Only) - $100 per session

    Unfortunately I do not offer family or couples counseling services at this time.

  • A consultation provides a chance for me to find out more information about what you are seeking from therapy and will allow us an opportunity to see if Clarity Minds Counseling may be a good fit for what you are looking for out of your therapeutic experience.

  • An ESA or WPATH evaluation is $175 per evaluation. This cost will not be covered by insurance. An evaluation must be completed yearly to remain in compliance. Each evaluation will last approximately 60-90 minutes. A letter will be sent to you following the evaluation.
