    Hello! First, I would like to thank you for taking an interest in viewing my website. I am currently a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Colorado and a Telehealth Licensed Mental Health Counselor in the state of Florida. I specialize in working with adolescents and young adults, however I have previous experience working with individuals of all ages. In addition to working in private practice, I am also currently working on receiving my PhD in Counselor Education and Supervision. I present to the counseling space with the mindset of promoting transparency, non-judgement and genuineness in my work. With this in mind, I integrate a variety of therapeutic modalities to ensure I am meeting my client where their needs lie. This may include incorporating behavioral therapy techniques, trauma-informed counseling techniques, expressive arts therapy techniques and music therapy techniques. I emphasize the importance of combining therapies that focus on both the mind and body to promote a holistic healing experience. I look forward to guiding you through your therapeutic journey to reach ultimate wellness, in the way that you want this to look like in your life.

  • Individual Therapy Sessions - $130 per session

    Group Therapy Sessions - $50 per session (an intake session is required prior to beginning all therapy groups, charged at the rate of 1 group therapy session)

    Individual Supervision Sessions (Colorado Only) - $100 per session

    Group Supervision Sessions (Colorado Only) - $50 per group member

    Unfortunately I do not offer family or couples counseling services at this time.
